Sharon, as one of the partners of Tongxi, has over 12 years' solid experience in commercial and logistics real estate investment. With deep understanding of philosophy and discipline from the top-tier international companies, now she oversees Tongxi’s investment and corporate strategy.

Before joined Tongxi, she served in Singapore Ascendas-Singbridge Group to lead the investment team. In 2014, foreseeing the rising power of Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park, she successfully closed a series of deals over 1.2 billion RMB in the market, where the area has become a sought-after location for real estate investors. Prior to that, Sharon worked for the world largest logistics real estate company - AMB Property (current Prologis) in San Francisco Headquarters and Shanghai office. She was responsible for business expansion and training investment team. In 2011, she assisted in setting up AMB China Fund in cooperation with the world's top sovereign fund AIDA.

Sharon received her M.B.A from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill with finance and real estate concentration, one of the best real estate program in US. She majored in Insurance in Nanjing University. Sharon is also the Chairman of UNC Alumni Association in China, helping UNC community to develop and enjoy life.

Pengfei Wang has over 10 years'experience in system software development and software development management. He is in charge of building the Investment Analysis & Valuation Model and online platform.

Mr. Wang used to work for large American software company Synopsys.

He was graduated from School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University with a Master's degree. He received his Bachelor's degree in Physics from Nanjing University.

Lisha Zhang has over 10 years' work experience in investment and operation of commercial and industrial properties. In Tongxi, her main areas of focus are investment & acquisitions, and business development.

Lisha is specialized in acquisitions including pricing, investment structure, and deal closing. She worked for Singapore Ascendas-Singbridge Group, where she participated in the divestments of fund asset, closed acquisitions of Lotus Business Park and i-Link Park in Middle Zone of Zhangjiang with total investment volume of over RMB 1,200 million, and undertook the development analysis and operation management for company's projects in Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Dalian. Prior to Ascendas, she worked for Mason Owen & Partners London office and Crispins Investment Management, led investment advisory projects in Shanghai Xintiandi, Beijing Etown, and Tianjin Dongli Lake etc. She also helped to set up the Shanghai Urban Regeneration Foundation.

Lisha earned her Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of Reading in UK, on of the top real estate program in European.

Junfeng Lu has over 10 years'experience in development, operation, and management of high-end property, decoration and equipment & material management. In Tongxi, he is responsible for local developer relations and development related business.

Mr. Lu is management level in top-tier developer Greentown, core team of Hangzhou Blue Qianjiang Project, and The Azure Qiantang Luxury Hotel.

Mr. Lu was graduated from chongqing University, majored in Building & Materials.

Siew Loong Poon has over 20 years' extensive experience in private equity and investments, and he focuses on Tongxi's investor relations.

Mr. Poon served as the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Fund Management in Ascendas Group, during the period he successfully invested, managed, and divested three core-plus assets under Ascendas China Commercial Fund II, i.e. Ocean Tower, Ascendas Plaza, and Cross Tower, total investment amounts to over RMB 4 billion, and help Ascendas to set up its first RMB fund. He also worked for Keppel Land. Total asset of real estate private equity funds launched and managed by Mr. Poon exceeds USD 1.2 billion.

Mr. Poon is Singaporean and currently lives in Shanghai. He graduated from Singapore National University and is a CFA charterholder.

Jerry Yin accumulated over 20 years' practical experience in project and construction management, and he oversees Tongxi's development projects.

Jerry's proven track record covers leasing apartment, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. He was responsible for the leasing apartment renovation project on West Yan' an Road while he served in Supercity Corporation. Prior to that, he also worked for Wingtai Asia Property, Redwood Capital, Ascendas, AMB Property, and Sembcorp Construction. He undertook Meilan Lake residential projects, Ascendas Hangzhou business park, and over 10 logistic projects in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Jiaxing, and Ningbo etc.

Jerry graduated from Tongji University with major in Construction Management.
